National Electrical Code Changes must be completed in four (4) hours.
There is no necessity to complete courses in safety training; however, up to four (4) hours will be credited to safety courses relevant to the electrical business.
The Board will only accept CE courses completed through a CE vendor or provider that has given the Board written confirmation that the courses and instructors meet Board Rule requirements.
Following each licensing period, compliance audits will be performed. Licensees are in charge of keeping track of their continuing education records; CE suppliers and providers are not required to provide the Board with proof of CE completion. If you are chosen for an audit, kindly keep all copies of your completed course certificates for seven (7) years.
